Terms and Refund

You have 10 days within the item’s delivery date to return it to us. The item must be unused and in its original condition.Once we receive the item, we will first check that it is indeed in unused and original condition before we process your refund.We are not responsible for shipping cost for returns nor any lost or stolen item incurred upon return shipping.Please contact us first at hello@cravar.com before you send the item back to us. After we confirmed your returns request, you may send the products to :

Personalized items are not eligible for returns. Purchase made during a sale period is also final and not eligible for returns.

Import Fees
You might have to pay import fees/customs upon receipt. The rules vary from country to country, so please contact your customs office for further details. Any unclaimed or undeliverable packages will not be refunded. If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, we can resend it to you at your cost.

Warranty
(1) We cannot be held liable for damage caused to personal property whilst using our products. (2) If there are any defects in materials and workmanship, you can send it back to us and we’ll get it fixed, plus, we’ll pay for shipping both ways. Repairs will take some time depending on the specifics, plus there’s the shipping time as well. We understand if you don’t want to be separated from your Cravar products for too long, so, another option is to have it repaired locally and we will reimburse your cost however, you must confirm the cost with us first before you proceed, you can contact us through hello@cravar.com. (3) The warranty does not cover misuse or mistreatment of the products, nor does it cover the natural aging process of the leather. (4) If the product is purchased over 6 months ago, we might not have the exact same leather, accessories and thread needed for your repair. (5) Due to the techniques used in processing the leather, slight color variations, marks or scars are natural features of our full grain vegetable tanned leather and should not be considered defects or faults.

Pre Order
We occasionally launch preorder for certain items/period of time. By purchasing a preorder item you understand that the item is not in stock and won't be shipped straight away, but it will be delivered on the stated estimated timeline.

Colour Accuracy
(1) Please note that while we have took efforts to be able to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. (2) We reserve the right to change details on products or photos of products without prior notice.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

As you browse Cravar’s website, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with Cravar.
