Clicking that LAUNCH button back in 2013 was one of the most nerve racking things we've ever done. That click introduced Cravar to the world through our first Kickstarter project. The project went well, we almost quadrupled our target and along the way we made some awesome friends with our backers.
The fulfillment phase of the project was a crash course in chain supply, production, distribution and also communication. We had to learn a lot in such a short amount of time, and all the while it was our backers who supported us, cheering us on to stay the course. Looking back, it was such a blur of things happening, problems arising and taken care off, managing backers' expectations and a huge sigh of relief when we heard back from backers. Most were happy with their leather goods, and those that weren't completely satisfied, graciously provided us with their feedback. Since that first project, we've launched a few more and, thanks to our backers, each was a success.
We think it's only fitting that we dedicate a story to thank all our Kickstarter backers. It was their support that enabled us to launch our first collection, their encouragement that help us get through tough times and their feedback & criticism that help us learn and grow.
